Course objectives

Developing a comprehensive understanding of how individuals and teams learn in the entrepreneurial context and apply the learning in their current and future roles.

Specifically, in this class students will achieve the following:
1. Understand and improve how they learn as individuals;
2. Understand and improve how they learn together with teammates/colleagues in a team, in a work/entrepreneurial environment;
3. Learn to adapt to the team and develop effective team learning.

Why should you take this course?

Learning is an essential part of life, no matter, if you are a student, a corporate employee, an entrepreneur, or all three of these at the same time. In this course, you will be introduced to various theories and practices pertaining to learning in an entrepreneurial context.

This two-day block course has four building blocks: theoretical foundation of entrepreneurial learning, learning simulation (role-playing), team learning assessment, and team presentation. Each of the blocks consist of an introduction from the lecturer and an exercise as well as a reflection on the exercise.
