The Chair of Strategic Management and Innovation invites to the "Brown Bag Research Seminar on Innovation". This series invites researchers from MTEC and other universities to present recent work or working papers. The intention behind the series is to accelerate exchange and learning.

Altmetric Scopus ranks the paper by A. Schneider, G. von Krogh, and P. Jäger on Epistemic curiosity and lurking behavior in online communities published in Computers in Human Behavior in the top 25% of all articles ranked by attention. This result is very good compared to articles of the same age and journal.

The article "Leadership in organizational knowledge creation: A review and framework" by G. von Krogh, I. Nonaka and L. Rechsteiner is ranked amongst the highest ever scored in this journal (ranked #18 of 180).
Altmetric tracks the "buzz" on datasets and scholarly articles online.

The sub-theme "Open Organizations for an Open Society? Practicing Openness in Innovation, Strategy and Beyond (SUB 46)" by Richard Whittington, Leonhard Dobusch and Georg von Krogh for the 31st EGOS colloquium (Athens 2015) has been accepted. A call for papers will be published during the next months.

Information Systems Research (ISR) publishes a call for papers for a special issue on Collaboration and Value Creation in Online Communities edited by Samer Faraj, Georg von Krogh, Karim Lakhani, and Eric Monteiro. Deadline for submitting papers is November 1, 2014.
