Research Project on Industry 4.0

The SMI Chair has initiated a three-year researchproject in collaboration with the external pageOffice for Economy and Labour and the Business and Economic Develpoment Divisioncall_made of the Canton of Zurich. The project team will investigate the impact of digitization and Industry 4.0 on manufacturing firms in the Canton of Zurich. Specific focus will be given to the strategic and organizational effects on firm's R&D activities and innovation.
